  • Essential Authentication Cookies:Encrypted session cookies verify your identity when you log in, maintain active session status across navigation, and enforce strict tenant data isolation. These cookies are marked with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite attributes to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Functional Workspace Storage:Local browser storage helps store interface configurations, such as your selected active business workspace, sidebar drawer toggles, and customized search view filters so you do not need to re-enter them on every page load.
  • Security & Protection Headers:Temporary security tokens are used to prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) and protect active form submissions against unauthorized third-party site interactions.
  • Analytics & Performance Cookies:We use cookies to monitor and analyze the performance, operation, and effectiveness of our services. This allows us to understand how users interact with our platform so we can optimize feature reliability and continuously make improvements.

What We Do Not Do

  • No Third-Party Advertising Trackers: Soma Ops does not install cross-site advertising networks, behavioral profiling trackers, or ad-targeting cookies.
  • No Payment Card Storage: Payment transactions are securely processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 payment partners. Payment card numbers are never stored in browser cookies or local storage.

Managing Your Browser Settings

You can manage, restrict, or clear cookies and local site data directly within your web browser settings (under Privacy & Security). Please note that clearing essential session cookies will log you out of Soma Ops and require you to sign in again.
