Terms of Service

By using Soma Ops, you agree to these high-level terms. A fuller legal version will be provided before production launch.

Service

  • Soma Desk and messaging automation are provided on an as-available basis.
  • Integrations (payments, calendar, sheets, SMS) are opt-in and may require verification.
  • We may update features to improve reliability and security.

Customer Data

  • RLS ensures tenant isolation; each business can only access its own data.
  • Payment card data is handled by Paystack; we do not store card details.
  • Data handling follows Ghana Data Protection Act principles.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful or abusive content via messaging channels.
  • No attempts to bypass security, RLS, or rate limits.
  • Respect channel policies (WhatsApp, SMS) and anti-spam rules.

Liability & Uptime

  • Service is provided “as-is”; uptime may depend on third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio/Paystack).
  • We aim to resolve incidents promptly and will escalate critical issues.
