Terms of Service
By using Soma Ops, you agree to these high-level terms. A fuller legal version will be provided before production launch.
Service
- Soma Desk and messaging automation are provided on an as-available basis.
- Integrations (payments, calendar, sheets, SMS) are opt-in and may require verification.
- We may update features to improve reliability and security.
Customer Data
- RLS ensures tenant isolation; each business can only access its own data.
- Payment card data is handled by Paystack; we do not store card details.
- Data handling follows Ghana Data Protection Act principles.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful or abusive content via messaging channels.
- No attempts to bypass security, RLS, or rate limits.
- Respect channel policies (WhatsApp, SMS) and anti-spam rules.
Liability & Uptime
- Service is provided “as-is”; uptime may depend on third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio/Paystack).
- We aim to resolve incidents promptly and will escalate critical issues.
