What are Work Credits?
Work Credits power Soma's operations. Every action Soma performs uses credits (e.g., handling a message = 1 credit, creating a payment link = 2 credits).
Why not seat-based pricing?
Because Soma runs operations, not users. Pricing is based on work done, not the number of staff you have.
Can I buy credits without upgrading my plan?
Yes. All plans can buy any amount of credits. Plans control capabilities (features), while credits control volume.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Automation pauses. You are notified immediately and can top up instantly via mobile money or card to resume.
How does SMS billing work?
System SMS (owner alerts) is included in all plans. Customer SMS (notifications to your clients) requires purely optional SMS Add-on packs.
Is WhatsApp the main channel?
Yes. WhatsApp is the primary operational channel. SMS is used primarily for critical notifications and status updates.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter plan includes 50 free credits every month so you can test the system risk-free.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Your remaining credits will carry forward.
